If payment is not made within 48 hours after receipt of invoice your scheduled session time will not be held.

By paying your invoice through the link above you are agreeing to the following terms with M.Gioeli Photography:

- No refunds unless M.Gioeli Photography cancels your session.

- Sessions will be rescheduled at M.Gioeli Photography's earliest convenience if inclement weather

- M.Gioeli Photography owns the print and copy rights to all the images from the session and will use the images for advertising, marketing and portfolio purposes on blog, website, Facebook and other publications.

- M.Gioeli Photography will provide vendors images of their product in use if used during your session (ie props, hats, headbands, etc.). These vendors will have print and copy rights to these images.

- Clients must arrive on time for their scheduled session. Being late will cut into their allotted time and could potentially decrease the amount of images produced from the session.

- Clients have print and copy rights to their images. The photo copy release will be included with your images. It is the client's responsibly to provide it to their print lab if M.Gioeli Photography is not their chosen print lab.

- Unless otherwise discussed images will be provided to client within 2 weeks.  A rush delivery charge is $50 for delivery in 24 hours.
